You will be responsible for developing and improving systematic trading strategies, conducting quantitative research, and contributing to the evolution of our trading models and infrastructure. The role combines research, modelling, and trading, with direct impact on both performance and strategy.

We are looking for a Junior Quantitative Researcher with a PhD (or currently enrolled in a PhD programme) in a quantitative field to help advance our modelling and research efforts.
This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, intellectually stimulating environment while growing your expertise in advanced quantitative finance. You will contribute to developing and validating mathematical models, analysing large datasets, designing backtests and simulations, and collaborating with quantitative developers to bring research into production.
